Pretty much the same as any sausage...ground pork and/or beef with spices such as garlic, mustard seed and caraway seed in a natural casing. You can get it fresk or smoked. Very good when cooked in beer and saukraut.

Ground pork and other choice meats seasoned with herbs and spices put into casings and smoked. Keilbasa is the Polish word for sausage.
