I really do see why you need a psychiatrist. There are so many reasons why you should leave her alone.
She's married, for a start. Even if it's an unhappy marriage (which by the way you are totally unqualified to be the judge of, as presumably you haven't even met him and have a biased take on things) then she is still out of bounds. Taken. Until she is divorced or separated AND SHE makes a move on YOU, you are in no way justified.
She's also your psychiatrist. You're supposed to be seeing her to help mental issues... not create more! You should see her as someone impartial to help you, not "one hot hoochie"!!
Who says the tight skirts and perfume are for you? she may just like looking nice... or, she might meet her husband after seeing you.
And who says the personal questions don't need to be asked? She is your psychiatrist, she could be trying to find something inside your head. It's not for you to decide whether they need to be asked or not.
Basically: it's totally immoral for you to "start the ball rolling" and will probably earn you a slap and the loss of a psychiatrist, especially if you just kiss her.

No don't kiss her. She is an intelligent woman and you can't say she is too young to settle down. It is her job to ask questions and i think because you fancy her you are turning routine questions into more than they really are. She probably wears tight skirts and perfume every day. If she only wore them when she saw you what do you think her husband would say. It is too easy to get carried away when you are sharing intimate feelings with a hot hoochie

You are seeeing a Psychiatrist to sort out problems within yourself, she has to ask you personal questions to uncover deep rooted problems that may assist her diagnosis, this may seem as though she 'fancies' you, probably because someone is showing you the attention you crave for. It would be more than her job's worth to get involved with a patient after all the years of training she has undertaken. Her marriage, attire & other attributes are her affair & not for you to decide otherwise, maybe you should change Psychiatrist's preferably for a Male.

no lay off. Its none of your business if she is happily married or not, your are just making excuses to make yourself feel better. If her marriage is going wrong you should not interfer. It may just be a bad patch and better all round if they work it out. On the other hand she may just be looking for compliments to boost her self-esteem (married women often feel unattractive). Either way you should let them get on with it and let the marriage take its course.
If it goes down the toilet then be there for her but not before!!!!!

She is married and your therapist. One is unethical and the other is immoral. . Don't see where anything good could come from it. If this is her professional attitude with you, imagine how many more may be out there that she's doing this to
She's probably starving for attention and thats all she's looking to obtain is your interest and anyone else's.
I'd get away while I could.

You are walking in the doorway of disaster!
If you are honest with yourself; you will face that she is forbidden fruit (could that be the lure that attracts you) Even if she is having marital problems; you are violating old but valid vows of her marriage. And let's face it; would you like the same thing to happen to you, if you were married to her??
She has to clean her own laundry in her own home if you get me.
Don't become part of her problem. She has to get this sorted herself.
Look elsewhere for your needs. Seriously.

She's your pschyatrist! She's supposed to ask you personal questions! And just because a woman wears tight skirts and perfume doesnt mean she's wearing either of them for just you! I wouldnt do anything. She's married and is supposed to keep a strict doctor-patient relationship.

You could try it on with her and then when she takes you to court for sexual harassment, just plead that you're a mental case.
Then instead of going to jail, they'll send you to an attractive female psychiatrist to get help.

She's married, leave her alone. Even if she is putting the moves on you. She's wrong. And there is usually a work order about not getting involved in your patients life.

Your question makes it clear why you are seeing a therapist, all this is in your head, think to your self why you are seeing a female therapist instead of a male one. One of your answers says all women who dress sexy are asking for it, RUBBISH, IT'S ALL IN YOUR HEAD.
