any good dr.'s office will work with you in a tight financial situation. simply explain that you can't afford to pay now and that you'd like to be billed when you have more money. either they'll offer to lower the cost of your visits or just bill you later.

Go to your county mental health aid. You will probably have to start at the county hospital and then be referred. You can fill out paperwork and be declared a "medically indigent adult" and get help in therapy and medication. I did this before my Medicare from my disability came through

Ask your doctor if they have sample medications they can give you. Also, Target and Walmart both have a LOT of their prescriptions available for $4.00.

contact public assistance. they have programs to help the medically needy people. the systems arent great but if you are persistant you might get the help you need.
