This is just a Myth, fairy tale, 100% upside down to reality. Why only story tellers used frogs for this, why not other animals?

It's just an expression I suppose it means you will kiss lots of horrible men before you get the nice one for you and vise versa for men so it don't mean that they will turn into one no
