See me and my big sis are tryin to earn money but.....we need to kno if you have to have a lisense to do a town dog wash?

no... no special licence is needed to simply wash a dog as a way of earning money.
as long as all you are doing is washing the outside coat with the right type of soap for dogs, and you have the owners there with you, you should be ok.
but do be careful, some dogs don't like washes and might try to bite.

You do need a license because you are earning money so there for you have a business. And a businss needs a business license.
