They serve this chicken katsu at alot of hawaiin places and i wanna know whats in the sauce thats served on the side

The sauce is called tonkatsu\
1cup catsup
1/2 cup Worcestershire
1/2 cup sake
2 tbs ginger
2 tbs garlic
1/4 cup sugar
1/ cup mirin
place all ingrediens in pot bring to boil over med heat and turn down heat and simmer for 25 mins..skim away any foam that rises to top
