Get lots of rest and lots of fluids (juice/water). I'd keep taking cold meds to keep the majority of the symptoms away as well.

Drink hot water with lemon, honey and grated ginger - ginger is a natural decongestant and anti-inflammatory so it will soothe symptoms and support your immune system. Hot fluids also soothe a sore throat. Paracetamol, ibuprofen and aspirin will ease aches and pains, fever and a sore throat too. If you have a sore-throat, gargling with TCP is a good option. Make sure you get lots of sleep too. Don't take antibiotics - colds are caused by viruses, not bacteria and they can make colds last longer.

Rest..and by rest I mean, sleep as much as you can. If you have a humidifier or steamer, keep this next to your bed, as moist air helps the body heal faster.
Take Vit C, or drink an Airborne--those are a wonderful boost to the immune system. Avoid eating sweets too.
Drink water, and hope for the best.
