I am a regular W2 wage earner. I have no dependants, I have owned a condo since Nov. 2005. All payments have been paid. I haven't taken from any stock or bond.... Any insite would be great. Thanks.

Also, does anyone know a good CPA in Vallejo, Ca.?

Base on the info you provided:

If you had too much withheld, you will get a refund. If you did not have enough withheld, you will owe.

You did not provide enough information, such as how much you made and how much interest you paid into your mortgage. A CPA would also need to know if you took excemptions or deductions from your w2

You can go right to www.expresstaxrefund.com and fill out your information there. Copy your w2 exactly as it is to the web site and calculate your return. It'll list exactly how much y ou're goin to get before you submit. It's a great site.
