Yoga will surely help with your posture and scoliosis because there are poses that work the spine and back muscles.

I myself used to have poor posture, but doing yoga has strengthened my back muscles, making it easier for me to stand or sit upright. The focus on spine extension also helps.

I also have slight scoliosis and yoga has improved the alignment of my spine.

Yoga can help you, plus it has so much more to offer with over-all benefits on the body, mind and soul.
