Also known as Tramadol. Strong painkiller in small doses, used more often as an anti-depressant. Sounds like a cry for help, although it doesn't say who has taken them. We are just assuming it is the person asking.
Either way get to a hospital fast!

Zamadol isn't even listed in the PDR..are you sure this is the corect spelling? If it is and you believe you have overdosed, call you pharmacist and tell them. THey may suggest something for you.
