We've been dating 4 months. We're serious. He has something nice planned for me. Are girls supposed to send their boyfriend flowers? My co-worker said so but I think it's cheesy. I need ideas.

Don't give him flowers, most guys don't like them. Instead bake him some cookies or heart shaped cupcakes or cook him a good dinner if he's not taking you out.
Write him a nice letter, give him a photo of the two of you....
You don't have to spend a lot, just make something nice to show him you care.

It all depends on the type of guy he is. Valentines is a day about showing someone that you care for them and think they are special. I feel it is suppose to help those people who get too busy in their lives and forget to tell that someone that they love them. It is not about getting him something, but trying to show him what ever it is you wish to show. In my opinion I would have something planned to do after what he has already done. You don't want to overcast the event he has planned and it sounds like he is trying. I say a romantic night with low lights in privacy, sensual activities, or he comes home to you wearing a bow (that would be all your wearing). Have fun, it is Valentines and you have a valentine.

Lol.Sorry i'm having the same problem =). Well most girls think.... why would i send a guy flowers for? Well I think secretly guys kinda like it. But if you think thats chessy its ok. Since you guys are serious, maybe you can have something special for him also and be intimate if you are ready. Or buy him a cute lil stuff animals they sell during valentines day. Or those illusion crystals.

I seen an article that said guys like flowers sent to them, but I wouldn't like it. I would feel like a puss or something. If you guys don't go out get him to come up and cook a nice meal for him then watch a movie. Last year my girl got me some chocolate, I enjoyed it.

I would never get a guy flowers. Get something they'll actually like like tickets to something, if you don't want to spend a lot of money bake. Can't go too wrong with food and boys.

I dont really believe that Valentines is a must celebrate holiday - you dont have to do anything. If you're intent on it - I wouldnt do the flowers lol.

Valentine's, what a farce. Why does anyone need a day on the calender to show their appreciation for their mate? Why can't you get him or do something special for him anytime during any giving week? It's so commercialized.
