Me, my boifriend, my bestfriend, *&* her boifreind all want to hang out just the 4 of us... 1st problem I have this other friend that might feel left out or like we are ditching her for the guys *&* 2nd what would we do just the 4 of us... For the past 3 weeks its been us *&* other people... So Any ideas on how to tell my friend and what to do?

Just don't invite her . . if she asks you what you are doing on a certain night, and it's just the four of you, be honest with her, and tell her that just the four of you are going out, and don't expand on that. She will get the hint. But make sure you do set aside some time to spend with her too, or you might lose her as a friend.
You could go to dinner, go to movies, depending how old you are, go to dance clubs,

You need not say anything to the 5th wheel other than maybe you 4 have plans. It's up to her to get her own BF and join the rest of you. As for what to do, go Bowling. Or take in an early movie and then back to one of you guys house and play cards or listen to music and talk. Have fun!
