I wouldn't say it's a "Little" dog because it weighs less than 100lbs...A dog can be 80lbs and it's still going to be a "Big" dog!
I consider little 20lbs and under, Medium 20-60lbs and over 60 big

anything under 100lbs would then be a smaller dog compared to the 100lb dog. or so i was taught in 1st grade.
