I'm trying to flatten my belly. I', not fat or any thing, I just have a little extra around my belly, and would like to get rid of it. I've been doing 100+ crunches a day, and some push ups (as many as I can do) and other tips?

Reverse sit ups are the best and bicycles. A reverse sit up is the easiest if you sit on the edge of your bed and lean back. Its better if you have a ball, but the bed works too. Also bicycles, lay like you are doing a crunch and touch one elbow to opposite knee and Visa versa without putting your legs down in between sets. They say that the for the best results to do these exersices every other day. You need to give your muscles a chance to expand and relax.

Try pilates. After having four kids, it has completely changed my belly for the better. Also, eat right, because fat is fat, and to flatten a belly, you gotta lose the fat. Incorporate some form of cardio--walking is great. Try to cut out 500 calories a day. This could be sodas Pilates will tone the muscle in an awesome way.

watch out what you eat, doesn't matter if you are skiinny....
Do 4 times a week your abs exercices and not seven, the muslce need to rest to grow, and try doing some weight in your crunches, I'm sure you know come crunches where you can do weight, remember your abdominal muscle is very little now, so you don't need that many reps to define the abs, you need weight to make bigger muscles that can get rid of the fat.....
The Cardio is also very important, if you don't reduce your fat level you'll never see anything but a belly. Less fat, is a tight stomach where you can see your muslces (sixpack).
Do Cardio around 4-5 times a week.
You can also try a Thermo supplement to help you out with getting rid of your fat, (don't worry this fat reducer don't make you skinier just reduce your fat level), I would recommend you to try maybe THERMOBURST from GNC or TIGHT or LIPO-6, but with this last one be carefull with your food cause if you eat too little it can make you skinier eventhough is not the porpose of that supplement.

Ya wanna burn fat? Jog...the perfect thank you to burn fat is by using strolling. yet in any different case is to apply loose weights, and do exercises that concentration on your belly muscle groups. i won't clarify them to you, somebody has to coach you in individual. Or do a hell-of-alotta take a seat-ups. you're actually not gonna get everywhere in case you have not got any selection, save that for the period of ideas... Why are you so demanding approximately your photograph for somebody so youthful? i've got for sure had abs, yet did not care approximately my physique till probably age 15 or sixteen. wager i would not understand. besides, solid luck -Van
