Ok What ya do is exerise for about 30-45 minutes a day. After you exercise eat a healthy, yet tasty, snack. You should try Craisins from Sam's Club. 1/3 cup of these dried cranberries will give you your daily fruit needs.....and they're only 170 calorires (for 1/3 cup). Don't give in to any junk food....just keep thinking about your bro's wedding and how great you're gonna look at the end! Or you could eat Light and Fit Yoplait yogurt. That's some good stuff!!! Remember....no pop or sugar....AND always drink milk. It will give you a smaller waist. If you do want to drink water.....the best water is Fruit2o. It's the best!

Drink a lot of water and exercise 4 days a week. Eat healthy food and consume about 1000 calories less than you do now a day. Make sure they are healthy foods. Also, weight train a few days a week and build some muscle. Muscle breaks down fat in the body while you are inactive (sleep). With that you should be good to go. 1-2 lbs a week is healthy. if losing some pounds of any description is what you want then I used a great website and coach who helped me. These guys are the best. They were very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so fairly easily. The website is www.myhealthabcmall.com once you fill in your details then you can see the full range of products they have. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight, its all nutrition based.
I lost all my weight in less than three months and they have helped me to keep it off. I have increased my cardio exercise to about 6x a week for at least 30mins per session and have cut back on my calories. It is hurting like hell but, I know that it will work. Good Luck. I am right there with you...I am trying to get some weight off before my birthday in May.

okay, i wouldn't go crazy on the dieting thing, cuz it could kill you. but exercise is always good for you, jog in the morning, or go to the gym with a friend. about dieting, don't go insane by eating nothing but lettuce :P just watch what you eat and opt for more healthy snacks and meals. stay away from the junk food and fatty foods. taking the stairs instead of the elevator is a good idea too!

I would just watch my carb intake for the next few months and go to the gym regularly. To lose weight fast, the South Beach Diet worked for me.

you can wolk about 20 miles are just wolk to work not drive there ate eat egg and drank lots of water three time a day some time you eat what you like in the morning good luck
