Ive triedsalmon twice and it just makes me heave. Im on a bit of a health kick and salmon is just so good for you but i cant stand it!

Halibut will give you about 0.6 grams for every 4 oz. and 0.4 grams from Tuna. (Salmon will give you about 2 grams for every 4 oz.)

Walnuts and flaxseeds are a great source of Omega 3s. 1/4 cup of flaxseed yields roughly 7grams! of Omega 3 fatty acids.

tuna and mackerel are very good get a fresh piece of mackerel stick it on some tin foil but a nob of irish butter on it and put it under the grill for 6 minutes oooohh

Pretty much all of them. You could try tuna, sardines, makerel, cod, haddock...
From the moment you don't like a certain food though, don't force yourself no matter how good you are told it is. There will always be other healthy foods that you can enjoy.

Mackerel , trout ,sardines, try cooking fresh salmon in different ways also try fresh tuna steaks .
