Honey, tea w/ honey, applesauce, soup (not too hot,) ice cream, diced fruit (Del Monte or dole,) cream of wheat, mashed potatoes, noodles, pasta, drink lots of water, etc...

No pretzels, chips, crackers, spicy foods, hot foods, etc...

OK like to eat pop corn when i have a sore throat i guess because it scratches as it goes down

when i have a sore throat i try not to eat spicy foods try some soup or something kinda icy to help

hot lemon and honey drink with asprin.

icecream to soothe but dont overdo it.

get some good throat lozenges. antiseptic ones to help with the inflamation and soreness.

I find that eating curry or spicy foods numb the soreness and help it go quicker!

Ice cream, drinks with loads of honey and lemon juice, and plenty of soup. Avoid anything spicy.
