1 Corinthians 10:13 "No temptation has overtaken you but such as is common to man; and God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will provide the way of escape also, so that you will be able to endure it."

If you are heavy burdend then take heart in Mathew 11:28-29"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."

It's in either I or II Peter,sorry I don't have my Bible ,but they are short books, easy to find.

Can't recall it but I believe it is so true. I also like, if the lord brought it us to it, he will bring us out of it.
