You poor baby. If you are bleeding from your butt, then considering your age, it may be constipation which can lead to internal or external hemorrhoids. Increase your fiber intake to 25 grams a day and drink 8 glasses of water a day. Assuming that the vaginal discharge is not an STD, most girls with this problem probably are experiencing a yeast infection. Not all present as the textbook picture. You may need a pelvic exam . I had my first one at 13 and you can request a woman and have an adult sister or your mom present and if not always, always have a nurse chaperon (female). Chronic infections can lead to more serious problems.Tell them if you are a virgin. Pelvics are not painful, but as an RN I believe Younger women should be taken care of with more caring and consideration. If you have any questions, e-mail me. Take care of your reproductive health. Don't let it slide. Consider for the constipation, Colace which you can buy without a prescription as a stool (poop) softener. Take Metamucil twice a day for 2 weeks, but always increase your fluid and fiber intake. This way, you may be able to avoid surgery in the future. The Metamucil will increase the bulk of your stool, but be more comfortable to pass. Take care.

Honey, nothing is wrong with you it's normal for your body to go through these changes. Usually you can get yellowish discharge prior to your period. The blood mean you have begun your period but your hormones are not controlled yet so it can bleed for a moment then stop when you bath or pee it's normal. Some girl get it one month and then dont get it for another year it's because of your hormones. This is all if you have not have not had sex yet.. which I am hoping you hav'nt, because if you have then you have to see a doctor immedietly because it is probably an STD in case you dont know an STD in a sexual transmitted disease it can be anything form AIDS to Gonorea yeah... any ways I am a mom and know these things if you have anymore questions e-mail me okay....oh and let your mom know about these changes even if they are embarassing...and tell her you are online! because there is crazy people in the Cyber World.... Take care!

Go see a doctor. Tell your mom or guardian what's going on. If you have never had your period, it could be the start. Different bodies do things differently, and yours is no exception. Have the physician examine you to determine what's going on. You only have one body. Take care of it always.

Talk to your Mom or Dad about this and have them make you an appointment with your Dr........This is nothing to be embarrassed about and you'll feel a lot better when the Dr. tells you why this is happening and helps make you better.
Good luck Perfect.........
