biggest thing (i find myself doing this all the time): staring or always glancing your way. they might not look you straight in the eye. always playing with their hair. if they're confident always smiling. ask some of the girl's best friends. 90% of the time, at least one friends knows about this. hope i helped :)

It *really* depends on the girl.
Some girls touch themselves more subconsciously while talking to you... her throat or her lips, for example. She might also ignore you completely or be rude, cold, or aloof. Mildly insulting banter is a decent indicator, too.
One other way she might show it, unfortunately, is to try to set you up with one of her friends. It's misguided, of course, but pretty common.
I just don't think that if she's failing to ply you with baked goods and leave valentine's cards for you to find that you should count her out.

Well if he's not talking to her then he will never know. Usually when a girl likes a guy she says so. So if he's not "talking" to her he isn't going to hear her say whether she likes him or not. If you are relying on body langauge to tell you, you could be misinterpeting what is being "said".

This acctually might be a better question for the guys to tell you. But I would say that when a guy stares at you or looks at you alot is a surefire sign that he likes you.

Some ways to know is:
1.You catch her looking at you, and when you do she looks the other way
2.She smiles at you when you walk by
3. When she walks by she seems like she has something to say
4. When her friends pass by you they smile, laugh, or wisper
5. she twirls her hair when she sees you or looks nervous
6. You can always just ask her

Every girl is different some girls like to play hard to get and some girls just like to play.
Flirting is a good sign, flirt with her and see if she flirts back.
