Hi I am a diehard smoker and cant seem to make myself stop... I stopped for a year about 6 years ago and now I find it so hard to quit... I am thinking of using zyban, have you tried it and did it work for you??

Yes like modeller said it depends on the person. Antidepressants works on everyone in diffetent ways. Like all of em it takes a couple of weeks to get in to your system. Now it's not a magic pill, you have to want to quit and not smoke too. It's not just going to take the cravings away, you want crave as much however. Stay strong & kick it. Hope I helped you or at least gave you something to think about.

I quit smoking after 42 years I have been off now 15 months I used the patch and nicotine gum. Some years ago I tried to quit using Zyban it made me feel horrible and believe it or not Suicidal
my doc ordered me off it. I sympathise with you quitting is really hard staying off is just as hard but their are real health benefits and that makes it worthwhile.

I had a friend that took it and he said it made him feel shitty and depressed, i was thinking about it til he told me that but medication works different for everyone give it a try

Depends on the person. Didn't work for me, did for my brother.
