Better check your bodyfat % measurement again. If your bodyfat is that low then your abs should definitely show. Either that measurement is wrong, or you aren't doing the right exercises to build your abs. If you flex your abs and run your fingers down then and can feel the ridges, then your bodyfat % is higher than your measurement suggests. And how did you calculate your BMI. That sounds low for someone with only 7% bodyfat.

What you are relatively asking is why anorexics would not have "ripped" or good-outlined six packs. A good-outlined six percent does now not come most effective via low frame fats by myself. Everyone has belly muscle mass or six packs, sure, however what makes the ones muscle mass stand out aside from low frame fats, is left-over anxiety, that is sometimes called tone. Tone is on the whole the outcomes of strenuous exercises played through the frame. For folks who activity, do you discover how your muscle mass stay tough or "toned" for a at the same time after you may have completed your exercise? When there may be plenty of left-over anxiety to your muscle mass, they are going to look less assailable and increasingly outlined. This is certainly so in sporting activities concerning heavy weights as plenty of anxiety is created to your muscle mass whilst you stress to raise a heavy weight. Athletes equivalent to sprinters or gymnasts on the whole have larger muscle tone than others on account that of the exercises that they continuously ought to participate in. To eventually reply your query, now not all thin men and women have six packs on account that they A) don't participate in sporting activities that with ease tones their belly muscle mass or B) weren't born with excellent muscle tone. Yes, genetics play a aspect too. So in case you placed 2 and 2 in combination, a low frame fats percent is not going to aid to show off badly-toned six packs.

Well, if your body fat is 7%, then you should already have abs, unless you have lost too much muscle. Ensure you are not losing muscle, by getting an adequate intake of protein: at least 1g of protein for every 1lb of body weight, split into 5 equal portions throughout the day.
