I own an online bath & body business and am in desperate need of redesigning my small home office space. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The walls are currently painted antique white but I would love to add some color to the walls.

How about taping off sections of wall and painting them a different color, a cool but pleasant color that you like. Pastels would do nicely. Maybe you would prefer to put up chair rail across your wall at a height of about 36-42", leaving the wall white at the bottom, and above doing a bi-color sponging in a color of your choice. Both of these methods are inexpensive and easy...easy on the budget too.
Also you could use collages of pictures, birds/cats/dogs whatever your fancy, arranged artfully to your liking. Do you have any friends that are artistic, maybe they would like to paint a mural for you. Picture frames hung from different angles with wallpaper backings for pictures have been used to fill in spaces. Live plants are always delightful too, they clean the air we breathe also, added advantage. Wall paper borders can be added to top/middle of walls to, they are easily put up/taken down.
Good luck redecorating and with your business. Hope some of these ideas give you inspiration. Take care.

Go to Ikea, you will go insane with ideas. If there isn't one near you, check out their website on ikea.com

The basics of a great home office are:
clever storage
multi-functional furniture
Good lighting (so don't go with dark walls)
Clean uncluttered workspace

You might not have to paint your walls more creatively
than white or pastel yellow, but putting up art or cool shelving with lots of nice books, might warm up the place.

Go with bright colored paint to liven up the space. Book shelves and storage closet for all the supplies. Watch HG TV. They have great ideas on some of their shows. Or visit their website

I just saw a way cute idea for memo/pin boards
in a magazine. take four sheets of Styrofoam panels rectangles or squares, (maybe like 11x13), pick two cute coordinating fabrics, cover two in one fabric (ex. floral), and cover the other two in the other fabric (ex. stripes) Then hang them on the wall in any pattern you like (ex. a line, staggered, square, if you use square forms you could hang them like diamonds.) You could hang them on the wall your desk is against, or just a big open space. I think I may use this idea in my kitchen!!
I hope this make sense, have fun redesigning.

I think you should paint only an accent wall. It will change the room dramatically.

in case you choose a darker shade, you'll want to operate more effective lighting fixtures, or probable some ornamental mirrors to reflect the problem-free it truly is there. the colors sound relaxing and stylish!
