I think you should research that one, there's alot of them..
You could mention cars in Brazil currently run on corn oil right now...
That would be a solution. Maybe an electric car.
Did you know that plastic is made of petrolium? it is hazardous to our enviorment and it is not bio degradable....so when we buy styrofoam cups and plastic spoons, we're actually contributing to the polluting...
Water...animals are paying a large price...Have you seen Happy Feet? That's a great example...even though alot of republicans hate that movie because its giving out the right message to the public about polluting our waters.
I think the biggest solution to pollution as a general are strictly enforced laws that prevent people from littering and force people to respect the enviorment. Have you been to Chicago? It's the cleanest city in US....It's beautiful. And you'd think it serve as a role model? Nope... noone cares... beginning with out government...
The government can do something about all this....we banned the computerized car because it would hurt our economy...we are reluctant to make biodegradable materials that are healthy to our enviorment....we don't care for those HUGE hills of waste...Not for animals...not for the trees....
Our government is so greedy that our solution is at hand and they don't want to give it up for a safer tommorow.The technology is there...there's proof.
And
You give the young ones an Ipod and a PS3 and that's it...noone cares...The adults give them bills.. their head will be busy for weeks. And it's not our fault...noone tells us this...and the ones that know choose to be ignorant.

Y can find some real solutions that takes care of a lot of them and it is about plants and photosynthesis. Removes CO2 from the air. some bad water pollutants can be removed by water hiosens ,and water lilies.

make stuff out of Recycled materials. by doing this you reduce waste and reuse the material. therefore taking up less space in land fills!

In a word RECYCLE!!! Everything we use can in someform or the other be recycled. Cans, Bottles, cars, paper, clothes, computers, appliances, water, roads, you name it we can probably recycle it. Your food waste can be recycled... The sun can be recycleds Plants do it why shouldn't we?
