wicked weather? Heck its January and it has yet to snow here in 2 winters. Typically it is covered in snow for the last several months. But the next state over, the majority of them have been without electricity for days. I guess we don't sin as much here as they do, lol.

God does not punish anyone and His ways of exercising His wrath is not as man does his own wrath. For years we were led to believe that God would wipe out an evil nation and called that righteousness because we thought He did it.
No.Our sins have separated us from God and being the loving God that He is He leaves us up to our own ways and there is nothing more He can do for us. Romans 1:24-28
Isaiah 54:8, Isaiah 59:2.
Isaiah 55:9
For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
Really and truly we are killing ourselves and if we dont stop sinning worst and worst things our going to continue to happen and that is a result of sin and not God. You people say you dont judge but go and judge God and say that he is the problem when we are doing this to our ownselves. Read the bible study it and pray and see that the Lord is good and he doesnt destroy us. Lamentations 3:22 (King James Version)
22It is of the LORD's mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.
Malachi 3:6
Malachi 3:6 (King James Version)
King James Version (KJV)

6For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

Extreme weather was prophesied of for 2007 & late 2006. Also blessings and a special break through each month of 2007. Many will be debt free by the end of 2007.

And Pat Robertson prophesied for 2006 strong winds and possibly a tsunami / hurricanes on the coast. Well we got the strong winds, but I believe God heard our prayers and we didn't have the tsunami or hurricane.

I personally believe judgment happens to us if we help divide Israel. Now that is the new policy proposed somewhere, regarding Golan Hights and another area. Also Pat Robertson predicted a horrible terrorist attack on US the last half of 2007. I believe it has something to do in our part of pressuring Israel to give up Golan Hights and the other area that makes Israel vulnerable to terrorist attacks. If Israel gets hit because of our friendly pressure, then expect a terrorist attack here (Land for Land).

I believe also that if we repent to God of our wicked ways, He will restore our land, and also prevent the horrible terrorist attack predicted.

Give me a break. First of all there is freaky weather happening all over the world and there is violence all over the world. Spirit doesn't punish human beings for anything. We make choices, some good, some bad. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.

What kind of a God would punish the innocent alongside the guilty? Even if I did believe in sins and wickedness, that concept is absurd.

*blink* no. God is not everyone's divine will, as in not everyone is Christian. In ethical dilemmas, an easy answer is 'it is because God makes it so and God created the universe.' This is a FALSITY because if you don't believe in God, then that doesn't work for you. It's great that you believe he is omnipotent, but theres no logical reasoning in that. It's called Divine Will Theory. And I'm Christian and not a heretic either.

Pat Robertson has made himself a tidy sum of one billion funds by utilising fleecing the flock. The seven-hundred club is greater like the seven-hundred tithers club. the place does this guy get off? even with the undeniable fact that, the bible does say that for the period of the final days there may be earthquakes in one place after yet another; Matthew financial ruin 24.

Wicked? Punishing?

A terrible side effect of religion is that it leads people to look for supernatural explanations of natural phenomena.

Of course, it should always justify their existing beliefs.

wake up and be aware of our country's vast contributions to the rest of the world. America is not violent. we have violent criminals by drugs, illegal aliens, active st who start violent protests, homosexuals who molest our children. if you want to expose violence try Africa. we have sent them millions in food.i think it would be a good idea if you went to Africa or some other country to see violence and injustice
