We purchased our hot tub through Cal Spas, the customer service through the website was terrific, however, the customer service in the store location was horrific. They promised us the hot tub in 10-12 days and it took almost 3 months. Every week they kept saying the next week it will be here. When we contacted the manufacturer, the tub had not even been ordered. I would not recommend Cal Spas, if you are a member, I know that Costco sells hot tubs

Check out bizrate.com and/or nextag.com. Type in hot tub. You'll get several different makes, models and more important, you'll have the opportunity to read the reviews. The reviews are a wonderful tool to help you find what your looking for.
