i am quite intelligent and reasonably pretty (well not ugly) but there just doesn't seem no guys around that want 2 flirt with me. has anyone got any pointers?

It is all about charisma. The ugliest dog finds someone to flirt, as long as she radiates a lust for life and a load of positivity. Maybe you simply come across as too shy or insecure. When going out, do not worry if you will find a guy to flirt with, but enjoy yourself! A girl having fun and feeling good about herself is guaranteed to attract men!
See it's all in your mind rather than your face or body. Put your chin up, paint a smile on your face and show them what a babe is!

beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. and most men just go for breast,figure and buttocks but very rarely care about feelings, i believe your problem may just be that most mean are scum and thats coming from one....
