Hey everyone. I need my stomache to be toned. It is kinda flabby, although i hate to admit. When i am standing it is not noticable but when i sit it rolls over. Do you think its possible, being that i am a teen, to tighten up in a month and a half?

I love 8 Minute Abs. It definately works the core muscles.

But, if the flab is fat, you are going to have to do some cardio. You can do a ton of situps, but no one is going to see the ab muscles if they are behind a layer of fat.

Go out and buy like "8 Minute Abs" or something, it worked for me. You also have to make sure your eating healthy and doing some form of cardio too.

lots and lots and lots of situps! i do 250 every day while holding a 5 pound on my chest. ive got a 4 pack which most girls dont.
