What state are you in? It depends on the state. Add the state and I'll get you the number.

The toll-free number is 1-800-392-3738.
Persons calling from outside Missouri should dial 573-751-3448.

Let me know if I can be of further assistance. I am proud of you. More people should have the guts. Stay strong for that little baby - she needs you.

CPS usually works out of or in close proximity to the Social Services office in most states, so try thier office and ask them how to contact them.

Why don't you check your local telephone book for a local office, or call 411? You could try searching the internet to see if they have a website, maybe that will have a link to the local office.

If you can't find it there, try calling your local police dept. Best of luck!
