I assume you're working in Microsoft word. If so here is one way of doing it step by step.
On the top menu, click on table.
Click on insert table.
Click on Auto format.
Under formats, click on none.
In the insert table box, change columns to 1, and rows to 8
(This is assuming you have a 7 digit number separated by a symbol)
Type in your telephone number one number per box.
You now have a vertical telephone number, but you have grid lines.
Now highlight the box (grid lines) and then right click and select table auto format.
Un-check the box for borders and your done.

Hi, In WORD, there is an option to use "Word Art" ..you can find it on the bottom toolbar..it has a blue "A"...click on that and and a text box will open. You will see many styles available. Where you see the text going verticle...click on that box. Type in your text (It will display horizontal..bit will show vertically on your page in a tex box) When you are finished, click "OK" and your text will appear. Don't be afraid to experiment. If you mes up, or get mixed up..just delete the text box and start over. Your document is safe. : )) Good Luck, Krystal

What program are you using? I know you can do it using microsoft word. There is an option if you go to insert, picture - word art, there are some premade designs you can use. If you don't like the options, you can change the fonts and colors and sizes, etc.
If you don't have that option, you can always just put a number, hit enter to the next line, tab to the same place, put the next number, etc, then change the font if you would like.
