The best way is AZO standard, take as directed. Drink lots of water while taking this. Put lemon in the water, lemons R a natural diuretic. Niacin will help purge U too. Gold Seal root is a myth, don't wast your money or on test free kits. I know 4 a fact what I told U works. Hope this helps U.

THC is actually stored in your fat cells, but this doesnt mean that exercising a bunch will get rid of it. And dont believe the hype about drinking water or cranberry juice. All that will do it dilute your urine and make the employer suspicious. There are drinks you can buy that mask the THC for 24 hours (or whatever amount of time) but they are not guaranteed. I know of people who have used them and they worked, but I never tried them. Back when I did smoke I took a condom, flipped it inside out, had someone pee in it, tied it off, stuck it in my armpit (since thats one way you can take body temperature, it will stay at that temp) and poured that in the cup. But be careful if you do that, practice with water first cause sometimes you have to wash your hands or remove a jacket, etc before they let you go in. and practice keeping quiet when you open the condom (I used an exacto knife blade cause it layed flat in my pocket) but I know of people whohave used their teeth (eeewww) oh, also you can buy at home test to test yourself before you go. But they are dot test, like the emplyer will use i think a four dot? Check for cocaine, thc, and two others (i think heroin and alcohol?)but you just need buy for the THC :/

Golden seal or green tea will hide the marijuana through drug tests, but only time will get it out of your system.

You cant. All of the newest drug tests are VERY sensitive and can pick it up in your system. It just takes time. Also, the more you weigh the longer it takes.

You can't. Try not doing it in the first place. Depending on the drug test and sensitivity - THC can be picked up 30 days later.
