Hey, this seems to happen to me alot, im in college and when i walk to class and i see a good looking girl i glance at her when i walk by, most of the time about the same time i glance shell glance at me and when she sees me looking at her she quickly looks away and starts looking the complete other way, anyone have any info on this

eye contact can be uncomfortable...maybe she feels like you "caught her" looking at you. i wouldn't take offense..it's probably just an initial reaction, because it takes balls to maintain your gaze when someone realizes you're looking at them.

You're probably not glancing, but staring. People tend to have a sixth sense and notice when someone is staring. They look around to see who is staring and make eye contact with you. They don't want you to think that they're interested, so they quickly look away.
Spend your time learning how to punctuate and form sentences. That is going to help you much more in life than figuring out why girls aren't interested in you.

I look away when i see a guy looking at me too, i do that most of the times because i get embarrassed he saw me looking at him. sometimes i look at him because he looks weird and i look away for the same reason.. getting embarrassed

She likes you and is waiting for you to come up to her and talk to her. Ask her out or for her phone number. either that or you guys will be doing the same thing until either of you meets someone else

if she is looking too it's bc she noticed u for some reason or another, make sure it's not bc of a booger or something thent ell her you had noticed her looking and was wondering what her name was, and intro yourself

It can sometimes be embarasing if you are checking out a guy and he looks at you and catches you in the act.

pretty normal people can be very unwilling to make eye contact at all, try and do it when your out and about and you'll see what i mean
