what kind of blood tests did you have? Did they check your blood for hormone levels like progesterone, DHEA, cortisol, thyroid? It's rare-- so few doctors will do that.
Here are some symptoms of a hormone imbalance:
fatigue, depression, lack of energy/motivation, hair falling out, feeling cold, moody, sugar cravings, irritable, tearful, sighing or gasping for breath, feeling fed-up, anxious, heart palpitations, weight gain, foggy thinking, decreased muscle mass (your flesh hangs there), dry skin, aches and pains, sleeping problems.....
If you're lacking hormones, vitamins won't help much. Ask if your doctor checked.

You may not be feeding yourself correctly. This is where your energy comes from therefore this is where you should put your concentration. As bodies age food energy requirements fluctuate. You've got to make sure you're eating enough calories to carry out your basic bodily functions but also make sure you are spacing your meals and snacks no more than 3 hours apart from each other. Stick to healthy fats, lean proteins, whole wheat carbs, fruit and veggies (MACROnutrients). You can take as many vitamins as you want but these are considered MICROnutrient that your body really doesn't need that much of so they won't help you. You want to focus on macronurtients and play around with quantities of each macro nutrient until you feel better. make sure you're getting 7-8 hours of sleep a night too!

I'm your age too, and it is a problem with me also! Great! Middle Age! Waaahhhoooo!!
I try to drink lots of water. Of course, get ample sleep. Drinking Emergen-C in the afternoons, as a sort of pick-me-up. You can get different flavors in 1,000 milligrams vit C.
Watch your diet. Avoid sugary stuff. Eat protein every day.
Hope that helps!

talk to a dietician, could be your diet.
Try saint John's wort (its a mood booster) and genseing (an energy booster). Both are herbs that are safe to use
If anything, incorporate a lot of fruits that are high in anti oxidants in your diet.
