Should we ask God to give people visions of FEAR, or PEACE, depending on what they need?

We should always pray for the lost ,knowing of course that we cant know what exactly a person needs,I do pray they recieve clarity.that he removes any evil influences that blind them.and that he provides what is nessasary for them to come to a saving knowledge of Jesus. we know for sure that God doesnt want any to perish.said so in the bible so to pray in that context is topray within the will of God.
