It has to be removed or your fallopian tube will rupture and the baby will die and you could bleed to death. Sorry.

I am sorry this is happening to you, but you can die if it is not removed. There is not an option. The doctor HAS to remove it. Also if this is going to be exceptionally difficult for you make sure your doctor gives you info on mourning your loss. It is like a miscarriage and you should be able to mourn. Also share with friends and family who are close to you how you feel and that you need them. Good luck.

Unfortunately what everyone else said is true. The baby has implanted itself in the wall of the tube and can't be "transplanted" anywhere else. It'd be nice if one day in the future that could happen.

There are two reasons:

1) The baby will outgrow the space in your tube in approx 6 weeks and it will rupture and then
2) You can bleed to death

I'm so sorry and I wish there were other options.

Please get it removed right away and if the doctor knew this they should a did an emergency surgery. What the hell are they thinking. My Friend died and I wish she found out as early as you did. Her stomach was huge and she thought it was just frorm the pregnancy. i was mad that the doctors didn't inform her of this. I am so sorry please get this procedure done right away so you can try again. I am sure you will be fine not to worry.

It has to be removed. The baby cannot grow inside of your fallopian tube, it will cause it to rupture and you will lose the baby anyway.
