I experienced this exact problem a few months ago. My ex called and said he loves me then dropped it. [men suck! lol] but you're just going to have to let him go. It's definately easier said than done, but be strong and don't let him bother you. xoxo

Yes, maybe he cares for you, but it is not enough. You should judge a man by his acts, and he is not with you. He is with her. Say that to yourself a few times. He is with her. I am sorry, dear, I know it hurts. A lot.

Try to think about something else as soon as he pops up in your head. One good thing is to create new memories that he has no part in. Create a new life for you - it will be better than the last one, I am sure, because it will make you even more true to yourself. Take care!

well im in the same predecament. my ex bf has a new girl and we still maintain our friendship. i think you should still be cool with him and sooner or later he will figure out what is right for him. if you guys were meant to be together then it will happen. just take it slow, dont rush him cause then he will be hesitant. show him your the better woman by playing your position. and after a while he will want you. and when that day comes hook em and sink em girl. he'll think twice next time he decides to leave

Run I have been there, go with a grain of dignity and self respect for you and who you are as an independant self sufficient woman, unless you arent. He is having intimate moments with another woman, in once was the bed you shared with him. That in itself makes me ill

Especially when I knew she was a skanky sleazy classless female, so if that is the chracter he really had deep down in him for 4 years, he can have her and her 3 kids, Listen it is nasty and down right shameful but save yourself before he controls you, yes your self esteem will go south as did miine but you know really hun, I am twice as strong and intolerant of peoples crap.

If you cant develop your sense of strenght now your future will not be well, People go through differant phases as it relates to abandonment and you are in one of those phases. It is very psychological in depth right now, we all have inhererant loss when seperation occurs but wash your hands of it sista, move one, dont be a doormat, or revolving door

Let him be...if he does still care then he'll come to you. Don't be pushy or he'll know he can just have you back whenever he wants. Let him know that he's missing something good, but don't make it seem like you're desperate. It's not appealing.

You should try to distance yourself from your ex. I would suggest trying to make new friends and creating a new support system for yourself. Don't waste time thinking about your ex. It will only cause you heart ache.

Give it a little bit depending on the last time you guys spoke, then call or find a way to talk to him. But make sure he isnt upset with you if you chose to contact him.

Caring for you and love you are 2 differen tthings. He has a new g/f, he's moved on. You should too before you hurt yourself even more emotionally.

of course he still cares for you, you two were married and shared a lot of presious moments. I would suggest moving on or you'll be stuck chasing the past.

Nothing! He's with someone else now. All you can do is move on and enjoy your life. If he cares for you then he will eventually come to his senses and come back to you.
