I need to know which is more accurate translation of "Nothing Sacred" and why.

Nihil sanctum. This is more grammatically correct than nihil sanctus. It is short for "Nihil sanctum est" = "nothing is sacred".

The difference lies in the use of the neuter (sanctum) to describe "nihil". "Sanctus" is masculine and therefore inappropriate here.
