Hiya,
Simple answer to your question, you cant, you need a veryfied bank accout, together with a approved credit card to sell on ebay, however you could sign up to be a private seller on ebay, but ebay buyers know they are not getting ebay safety if something goes wrong.
hope this is of help

They need that so they can charge your account for seller fees. I'm not sure if there is away to get around it. If you have a checking account, it should be really easy to get a debit card. Look in to it....eBay is a great resource for getting rid of stuff, and earning some extra cash.

you can sell on ebay without a creditcard or debitcard you can use paypal ,you either send a moneyorder to for fees or give bank
info to pay for your fees, I don't use a credit card and I can sell on ebay but you must pay your fees when due or they will suspend your account if you use the service if you are sucessfull in your sell or not you still have to pay your fees once you post. check your pay methods carefully you sell.

They use the credit card info to verify your name and address (and that you are of legal age). Without it if someone complains that you swindled them on a sale eBay would have no idea who you really were.

You could try getting a simon gift card. Its exactly that, a gift card that you can use to make purchases online from any retailer that accepts visa. There are no fees, no interest, etc. Once the money is used it cant be refilled.

I believe they will let you register a checking account.

They don't want you selling if they don't have a backup funding source in case you decide not to pay your fees.

they may do it by direct debit as it's for selling charges. you can still specify you only accept checks or postal orders.
