Looking for statistical information regarding pageants, how many girls/women enter pageants, how much they spend as a whole, and how much the industry as a whole brings in each year. Also wanting to know how many pageants are out there.

I enter pageants, and last year I entered about 6. This year I am only going to enter about 3 because they are really expensive. In my age division(14-15) there are about 7 or 8 girls in it and thats just my division in the whole pageant there are about maybe about 50 just in Mississippi, if you live in a bigger state with alot more people, there will be alot more in them. There are ALOT of pageants out there, you just have to find a good one. Some pageants are messed up. What I mean by messed up is, some people either know the judges or something and that girl or woman wins. Well hope I could help.
