Methadone has a half-life of 15-60 hours and is detectable in the urine (as parent methadone EDDP, EMDP and methadol) for up to 3 days after use.
It really depends on your metabolism, how much liquids you're drinking, body fat, etc. So it STILL might be in your body.

Methodone has a half-life of 24-36 hrs so its not going to be out of your system. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Methadone
But do they even test for it on the drug test? Its a prescription drug.

you have to let the people know who are doing the drug testing that you are taking the medication for a medical reason and be able to supply a doctor note and they wont hold it against you.

If it's a urin test, then you might be able to if you drank a lot of water between then and Friday.
