It is not the USA, rather restricted, without fee payed permits, and license. I was for a time in Thailand, and found more walk around freedom, and things to do. You need to obey the common laws of any country, but after that, there should be no restraint to have a beer, smoke if you have em, or chase loose women, any thing that does not harm anyone. Violence and harm abound in the law bound USA.

Netherlands. A country with many intelligent people that make it a point of not infringing on the liberty or rights of their fellow citizens. The Government stays clear of religion, involvement in the internal affairs of sovereign nations, and staunchly respects freedom of press and expression. One of the few countries where people come first.
