Actually he is a very innocent by nature...what breed will be able to adjust with him? Will Golden retriver be OK? plz suggest..

Golden retrievers should be okay. Spitz dogs tend to have a lot of energy and retriever and Labrador breeds tend to have a lot of energy too. I recommend getting a dog of similar size, so that neither dogs hurts the other by accident through rough play.

I can't really think of why a golden retriever won't adjust. Both are beautiful dogs, by the way!
One family I used to know had a spitz, and a german shepherd. And the two were best buddies.

The best way to do this is call the veterinarian and ask the vet about it. I would not ask people unless they have the experience in this. I learned about my breed of choice through my vet. Be careful and checking out the enviorment and everything. Sometimes the breeders don't tell you everything they do with to raise the pups, the mental problems can hide. 5 years ago, It happened to me before before I had to put my dog to sleep after the personality changed , facing the other kind of breed of dogs. I found out that my dog was raised around the dobermans, not his own kinds while being born as puppy. That's why I suggest you to talk to the vet first before do that. Avoid the heart ache later on.

Good combination. Spitz are very loving and mild tempered dogs. So another mild tempered dog such as a retreiver would be perfect so he isn't dominated.

a mellow dog would be good, Spitz are very possessive of their "person" so choose a dog who would let him be dominant or better yet a female spitz.
