I agree with Jean Talon. Even if you could get an oil-based paint in this suede paint, which is what you need to use in high humidity areas, the texture would be more difficult to keep clean. If you want a specialized finish, try going for glaze. Very nice and better for bathrooms.

generally, you need to use at least a semi-gloss (high-gloss is better) paint in your bathroom. and the suede paint is designed to have a matte or eggshell finish. it really isnt very feasible for most bathroom conditions. however, if your bathroom is quite large, and you have really good ventilation (powerful ceiling fan and windows that open) then you might be able to get away with doing one wall in the suede. make sure it is on the wall furthest away from the shower/ tub. talk to the paint experts where you buy the paint. there might be a protective sealer you can apply to the suede texture to protect it from moisture.

I would say no, but I don't have experience with that paint. However, for bathrooms, or any high moisture room, you want to use a gloss paint so that it doesn't retain moisture and build up mold. Check at your Home Depot or Sherwin-Williams store to see what they recommend.

I haven't but it doesn't sound like it would work. The more texture a paint has, the more it will trap moisture, and the faster it will age. (And the harder it is to clean.) I'd contact the manufacturer and get their advice.
