Oh, no joke about their driving. Californians suck when it comes to driving. Not sure if they know what they can and can't do. But aside from driving, Californians are too laid back, very slow in every way, thought process and action. But what can you do but put up with it. Live and let live. Peace.

Hello............I'm from a very small rural town in Utah at the mouth of a beautiful National Forrest Range, I LOVE IT !

The people here are very kind and smile at you and wave when you drive by, its great !
We don't even have a red light in this town. Now I know that not everybody can live like this, especially when they are use to a large city. But I wouldn't change it for anything.

When I go to Los Angeles I find the people extremely rude and nasty. I have been there about 12 times and lived in San Francisco for a couple of years. I didn't like it and don't miss it at all.

They drive like maniacs ! You have to be half crazy to drive like them !
I mean I have never seen anything like it.....

Good luck sweetie, I hope you can learn to live with them.
Have a wonderful 2007 !

wow, you need to take a pill and chill out. First off, there will be rude people anywhere you go. There will also be kind, friendly people, if you take the time to find them. I've heard people say that people from New York are rude, but I have a hard time believing that EVERYONE from a certain area is rude.

As for the driving thing, I've driven in NY, and there are just as many crazy drivers there as in Cali.

Don't hate, educate

I have found quite the opposite actually. I went on vacation backpacking through california a couple of summers ago. People got such a kick out of it. I made a lot of friends and it was a great experience. Attitude counts for a lot.
