yea could it look better and plus should i wear a string thing around my hair (head) to look like Nicole richie in simple life :interns and when they are in airplane scene thanks does it make me look cool?

Most definately. I wear capries and skirts all the time in the summer, just to show off my ink. Just make sure to put plenty of sunscreen on the tats.
I wouldn't worry about trying to emmulate Nicole Richie or any other celeberty. Focus on creating your own unique style.

Yes you can wear capris in the summer. I hope you are comfortable showing them to the public and I suggets wearing sunscreen, especially on your tatoos to keep them from fading.
