There have been a few recorded cases, where children marooned on islands, without anyone else on the island, when they reached puberty, had sex and children.
The sex drive, seems to occur, even when no one is there to teach you.
God, Blind Watchmaker, take your choice. It will happen, even with newlywed Christians.

What I think you are asking is:
If the newlywed Christians were raised in a strict Christian household, where would they have learned anything about sex?
In cases where children were marooned, they had no parents to not tell them that watching animals having sex is bad, you can learn a lot by watching.
It's a valid question, if you never told your children about sex, and they never saw any kind of sexual activity, how would they know what it was they were feeling or what to do with those feelings.
In the old days it was the mans job to lead the virgin wife, yes, I said virgin wife, men were not expected to be virgins. Is it any wonder there was always "a woman in the village who knew the ways of men"? Fathers were expected to send their sons off to such woman so that they would not be embarrassed on their wedding night.

Sometimes, letting go seems like the easiest thing to do. But think about this: you've invested so much of your time and energy into another person; you've made a solemn promise; and you still know there's love, even if it's hiding underneath the surface. This website will show you how to save a marriage and avoid divorce, even if you're the only one trying https://tr.im/CjR6l

That question is absurd.
In August I will be a virgin bride, but I know how everything works.
I went to public school (where they teach you about sex).
Plus, I have a body I have explored, so if he has any trouble (which I know he won't) I can easily show him where things go.
Also, just because we are Christian and decided to wait, does not mean that are friends are. Friends are always a good source of help.
There is also porn, which pretty much shows you what needs to be done (I am Christian, not perfect).
FINALLY, there is this crazy little thing God did, where he made our bodies PERFECTLY fit together; so that no matter who your friends are, what you have explored, or what you have seen on TV, you will be able to figure out how to do it.
How do you thing non-newlywed virgins figure it out?

Are you? Mature? At least you seek answers. Study the Bible further and you will discover that God Married people before Priests came along. God married Adam and Eve. So, all else aside study further, and REALLY think about your actions, you will live with the consequences later on. Didn't you see the Fox News Report about the 12 year old father? Do you think you're ready for that?

The same way everybody else does... it's not like non Christians have a manual and Christians are naive... it's kind of something that you naturally know... it'll be awkward of course, just like any other type of first sexual experience but in the end, it's just the same.

How do virgins learn to have sex if they never had it before? You question makes no sense.
Most westerners learn about sex in biology class in high school.
