Then they feel like they have been burned when it doesnt work out.Dont the young ones know that they should just be dating now,,thats the fun of being young.

Sometimes I think that it is out of lonliness. I know that after you have been in a relationship or divorced or something, you can get extremly lonely. Also I think that sometimes we get this misguided notion that Hollywood love and Movie Love is real. Just because that happens to people in the movies and it works out, does not make it right and does not mean that it will wrrok out all the time.
I know that sometimes it is hard to be alone, especailly when all your friends have someone, But I think that being alone is far better than a bad marriage.

what are they supposed to do?? spend thousands of weeks doing what?? seriously, i'm not into sleeping around..so even if it's just a casual relationship i'm gonna jump..b/c it's easier to know that you are with that person alone..and that person is alone with you.. ya know??

Insecurity, low self-esteem, lack of confidence when they are alone. Maybe they think their not worthy if they are not involved.
