Special K is far from a healthy food item. it contains tons of additives, preservatives and has high fructose corn syrup in it. the only people that claim Special K is healthy is the manufacturer.

whole oatmeal is healthy, a highly processed food item like Special K is not even close to being healthy.

a very easy way to tell if a food item is healthy is to look at the list of ingredients. if you can't pronounce or even know what the ingredients are in a food item, it isn't good for you.

healthy foods contain 1 item in the list of ingredients, the name of that food item.
