Dude, WHAT?!? What does that subject line even say? "Am I bringing my age in skin down?" That makes no sense gramatically even when spelled correctly, which I suggest you start doing. Spelling incorrectly isn't happening, it's just stupid. You think you'll get a job spelling like that, think again.
If you're asking if you are making your skin age OLDER (which would be "up" apparently in youspeak), yes, anytime you expose naked skin to the sun without wearing sunblock you are damaging your skin. Also, there is *no way* that "uvB (sic) rays were absent"--where there is sunlight there are always UVA and UVB rays. UVB rays are the most damaging.
Reverse the ageing process on your skin by religiously wearing sunblock (preferably with zinc and titanium oxide) and understanding what the rays of the sun are and how they work. Also you can use Vitamin C creams, but with only one day's exposure, for 3 hours, you have very little damage to reverse. Worry more about spelling and grammar skills.

First of all, sunlight ALWAYS has both UV A and UV B rays. They are both present here on Earth at all times when there is sunlight. There are also UV C rays which are very dangerous, but we are by large majority protected from them by the ozone layer. Second of all, you are stressing over nothing. Being exposed to sun for one day will not speed up your aging process by any noticeable measure. It also probably didn't do any permanent damage, given that it is January and you probably wore long sleeve shirt and pants. Just keep up your good routine of wearing sunblock and hats when exposed to sun, and RELAX. No need to spaz.

Wow, difficult to understand what you've written, but I get the point. Here goes...
I am blessed with very young looking skin (but I'm33, but people think I'm still in high school). How I keep my skin super-youthful:
1) ALWAYS wear sunscreen if you're going to be outside more than 10 minutes. Reapply often.
2) wear sunglasses (prevents you from squinting and crinkling up the delicate skin around the eyes. Also protects your eyes from UV).
3) Mosturize skin every day.
4) Do NOT overwash, especially face--twice a day is plenty! Overwashing actually depletes your skin of moisture. However, if wearing makeup, wash it off before going to bed, no matter how tired you are.
5) No eye-makeup!!! This one might be hard to follow, but the skin around the eyes is delicate. Application and removal of eye-makeup on a daily basis is hard on this area. I only wear eye-makeup for special occasions (dates, parties, etc) NOT for the daily routine (work, school, shopping, etc). Other ladies may disagree, but this rule totally works for me--the area around my eyes is completely wrinkle free.
6) Drink plenty of water (not soda, not coffee, not juice...water).
7) Get plenty of sleep each night.

I'm almost 40 and I've been using makeups with sunscreen forever. Also, use skin care products with glycolic acid. Use tinted moisturizers with sunscreen in the summer. I've been doing this for 20 yrs and I've got some great skin, I must say.
Try to relax a little, kiddo.
