In a hurry, I like to pull boneless skinless chicken breasts or frozen fish filets and put them in the oven. Use cooking spray on the pan and top with herbs (fresh or dried), or just a little salt and pepper.

While that's cooking, grab a bag of frozen veggies from the freezer, and stick them in the microwave. If you feel up to it, maybe some brown rice. You can tailor the seasonings to match any mood you might have. Even with the rice, a meal in proper serving sizes (with 2-3 servings of veggies) will be under 400 calories.

Also... soup and salad. Soup can be full of fiber and vegetables, and under 100 calories. Salad will add more veggies, and with a low-fat dressing, also around 100 calories.
